Birdys is a brand new B2B platform that provides brewers with all they need to brew and keg beer. This innovative model makes life easier for brewers, as they can order all they need to brew from just one supplier, reducing logistics, and taking trucks off the road. Birdys will supply brewers across Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg with high quality malt and hops and now Petainer Kegs, which are trusted by brewers worldwide! This collaboration is an exciting opportunity for Petainer to provide a flexible service offering to brewers across a region that is home to a real blend of craft and heritage brewers.Birdys logistics focussed approach is a natural fit for Petainer Kegs. Petainer Kegs are made from PET, making them naturally lightweight, and cheap to transport. Their weight means more kegs can be fit on to a truck, and they are easy to handle when they arrive. As a one-way, recyclable product (with up to 60% recycled content), they remove the need for constant reinvestment in steel keg floats and the admin that goes in to retrieving them once they are on the market.  Petainer Kegs can be filled upright or inverted and on steel keg lines, and Petainer offers a range of filling equipment to cater for smaller filling requirements such as export or small batch brews.
